Football tickets or hospitality: choosing your matchday

A practical guide to comparing seating, food, drinks, fan restrictions and ticket delivery before booking a football package.

Start with the experience you want

A match ticket and a hospitality package can be very different purchases. A ticket-only option may provide seating with food and drink available to buy. Hospitality may add lounge access, a meal or inclusive refreshments. Read the actual package inclusions rather than relying on a name such as club, premium or VIP.

Check where you will sit

Compare the stand, block and any stated seating category. A maximum booking quantity is different from a guarantee of adjacent seats. If sitting together matters, check the stated adjacent-seat availability or speak to us before booking. An illustrative seating plan does not allocate a particular seat.

Know the fan and dress-code restrictions

Some packages are for home supporters only, with restrictions on away colours or behaviour. Age limits, dress codes and admission requirements vary. Check the information for the package you select and ask us if any condition is unclear.

Compare what the price includes

Look for clear descriptions of food, drinks, lounge access and opening times. Available to purchase does not mean included. Check the full basket total before payment and contact us if your group has a dietary or accessibility requirement that has not been confirmed.

Plan around the fixture, not an assumption

Dates and kick-off times can change. Check the latest fixture details before making travel arrangements. Booking confirmation and admission tickets are separate: follow the delivery information for your package.
