From booking to admission: how your tickets arrive

Understand payment acknowledgement, supplier booking confirmation and admission ticket delivery with Ticket Vault.

Payment is the first step

Square processes your online payment. Ticket Vault verifies the payment and confirms the supplier booking. A payment acknowledgement means funds have been received; it is not an admission ticket or, while supplier checks are pending, a final booking confirmation.

Keep your booking reference

Your booking update includes a Ticket Vault reference. Keep it safe and quote it when contacting us. If your payment succeeded but the booking needs checking, contact us before trying to pay again.

Admission tickets follow separately

Tickets are normally delivered electronically close to the event, often 48–72 hours beforehand. The exact method and timing depend on the package. Read the delivery policy and your booking information rather than assuming an email receipt will admit you.

Check the instructions before travelling

Mobile tickets, wallet passes and venue applications can have different requirements. Follow the instructions supplied for your booking. Check names or other required attendee details promptly and tell us about any problem before the event.

We are here when you need help

Check your spam folder for booking updates. For a payment or delivery question, email enquiries@ticketvault.uk or WhatsApp 07934 780454 with your booking reference. Do not share full card details.
